Exercise and eat well balanced food in small quantities-this is a readily available medicine,if you do these daily without fail and stick to the same, you wont be afraid of any ailments.

Eating yogurt at the end of meal(dinner,specifically) and drinking milk before going to bed. when you get up in the morning, the first thing to be done, is to drink water-If you follow all these things regularly then why do you need a doctor??
